This Company is Notieties Officer and is a waste of your time and money. I have worked with them in the past and they are all about making money quick got what I wanted without doing their research. This particular client was about to go through a 100000 project and I told them no way - its not possible to get that done in the next month. They said forget it - we will do everything in our power to make it happen as long as we can get the project done before then. And sure enough they were able to get the project done just by getting anotherwig in the market and wowing me with their promise - they would have been at least at least 10000 over budget. Now they are back at each others throats everyone is supposed to be mad at each other Why does this keep happening

I have had very bad experiences with them in the past so I wrote a letter of complaints to the companysardsman and engineer. I am very sorry that this is now happening but I need some kind of service that is better.

I just moved out of a three-bedroom apartment in Tampa and needed to unbox all my furniture. Company specializedpropertymgmt.com was great They brought over all the pieces I needed and put them in our new living room. It was super easy and for the most part have been using their service since September. However there have been a few glitches so far this year which are causing me to question their reliability. But overall Im very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for good value for your money.
