Do not use this company They are terrible. The representative I spoke with said that I needed to change a part on my computer and she couldnt do it because the part was no longer available. She then told me that she would have to send someone else to come get it and that it would be at least 4 weeks before I could receive the part. ALSO their website is very outdated and doesnt reflect what they say on their phone service user guide.

But they can not only provide this service but also work with clients to set up the systems required for their business. However they have been known to provide systems that are far too expensive. It is important to know what the costs are for getting a system in place so she can be sure that she is paying the right price.

.I have never had such terrible service from company specialtysystems.com. I ordered a system from them and it was wrong random. I didnt receive the system until after the fact so I had to go to their website and learn about it but there was no information on the website about how to fix the system. I contacted them and they response was this is not their problem they just got my order correct so there is no reason for me to give them a bad review. Do not bother ordering anything from them.Company specialtysystems.com does not seem to be very good at customer service either- every now and then they will get close to perfect but all the time they are going to give you something thats not what you wanted or needed. For example my system went into effect immediately which was incorrect so of course I were upset that it wasnt fixed right away.
