The first time I ever spoke to someone at the company was on a phone call and my conversation was extremely unprofessional and very rude. The second time I spoke to someone at the company was through email and the conversation was even worse. They were very pushy and tried to get me to buy their software before they would let me talk to another person about it. Overall I did not appreciate how this company handled their interactions with me.
