I have had a terrible experience working with Spectcore.com. First of all their fees are extortionate and their work is often subpar. Second of all their customer service is nonexistent and they wont do anything to help you out if things go wrong. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company They are terrible at website design and Communication. I had to contact them multiple times because they were not up to date with the latest changes on my website and never got back to me. The end result was a poorly designed website that looked very outdated and out of date. Avoid this company if you can

Im sorry to say that I was really disappointed with the work done by Spectcore.com in regards to their website design services. The finished product was very sloppy and not at all what I had hoped for. Additionally the company themselves were quite unprofessional and did not seem to take any pride in their work whatsoever. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if you are looking for a high-quality website design solution

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. I went to their website to design my own website and all I got was this poorly written mess. There were no ideas or anything even close to helpful. The end result looked terrible and it took me hours just to get it done. HUGE waste of time and money.

was provided by CEO but customer service was bad.I have been providing web design company services since 2014 and have had the best experience ever. However the customer service at company Spectcore.com is terrible. I first heard from the president who was very helpful and explained everything well. However when I went back to my orders there was no change. I sent a ticket and got a response back after only 5 minutes which said they would get right on it. They didnt and now theres this huge mess up. customer service is really important to me but this time its not good enough.
