Im not a big fan of this company. Ive had several negative experiences with them and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Their prices for managed IT services are really high and their customer service is terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers at all.

spectrumti.com is a company that sells and managed services for Indianapolis IT Support. They offer east-west service and can take care of everything for you if youre in the middle of the country. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is top-notch. However I had an issue with their customer service once agains good things. The companys website makes it seem like theyre doing everything possible to make sure you have the best experience while theym here. But in reality only a tiny fraction of their customers have quality customer service because its not something theyre good at. spectrumti.com provides some potential benefits that may not be representative of all users but having great customer service is really essential to any online store or app experience.
