Speros is a terrible business technology services company. They are never reliable and have always had an interest in selling their own products over customers satisfaction. I have had to much trouble with them every time my computer has been lost or stolen and they never seem to be able to find it even though they claim to do the best they can. Recently there was an issue with my account where Speros were not going to help me but instead decided to take care of it for me themselves. They should know better than this The service was ergus Falls MNI am writing this letter because we as customers are being taken advantage of by Speros today . These companies promise To make your computer run like new again but often only ever make us wait long periods of time before fully ignoring us And on top of that these companies ultimately lose money on our accounts We cannot recommend this product enough definitely not if you want your money back
