I called to order a floor plan and the person on the phone said it would be done within an hour and then nothing ever came in that time. Then after waiting for hours I was told my order wasnt processed because someone else ordered it first Ridiculous

What How could they when there is no return policy on their website Im sorry but I didnt receive a refund.
