I used Spiralinks.com for my TRCM needs and it was a disaster. The software is so buggy that I had to uninstall it multiple times before it would launch the right thing again. The customer service is also terrible. They told me that they could not help me because my account was inactive but somehow I got registered with them anyway What a joke

I have had some trouble with Spiralinks.coms software. The first time I used it I had to go through them over the phone because I was having problems with it. They were very good about fixing the problem and making me whole. Then they made me whole again by taking care of a problem that was causing me pain. Well never know how much pain they went through to get us what we want
