I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel my order and they told me that because it was a rush order 3 days before the product ship date they couldnt cancel it and would have to charged me for the full price of the product. I asked how much the full price was and they said 269.90. I canceled the order and then received a bill in the mail for 269.90 which is more than what I paid for the product Do not use this company

I have had a terrible experience with Spiral Technolabs. After I placed an order they never sent the product and then claimed that it was sent but not received. They also said that I would have to pay for shipping and handling. The final straw was when they charged me 100 for something that only took them 5 business days to produce. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
