The customer service was terrible and they did not seem to have any idea what they were doing when it came to providing a custom solution. Their prices were also quite high for what they provided. However the company does not meet my standards for quality or customer service. For example when I contacted their customer service they told me that they dont offer that service. I even provided them with a contact information and left a message but still havent received a response. Im disappointed with the companys quality and customer service.

I just got a bad review for company Splicetelecom.com People are always difficult when theyre feeling low and needs an opinion on something. Ive been using this site for years now and never had any issues. But lately every time Ive been able to get through day-to-day activities without having to type everything outariatly then its a sign that something is wrong with my computer. The first thing I do is try and look at my computer for hours on end until things feel again the way they were before. Its not a virus or anything but it is something wrong with my computer and I needed to take a picture of what was going on to show you. Unfortunately this kind of feedback is all Ill be able to get because its still under investigation by the company.
