does not seem to be very good at what they doIve been a customer of SpotLink for over two years now. Before that I used their services as a Wayfair reseller. The experience has not been great to put it mildly. First and foremost the customer service is incredibly unhelpful and rude. Additionally they are grossly inept at what they do - spotlink cannot even reasonably track where things have gone wrong with my orders because they cant find any records of them ever having been fulfilled Needless to say Ive decided to stop using them all together.

HomeDo not use this company They are in the business of selling you a home and as such they should be able to offer better customer service than what they provide. I had to contact them multiple times because my home was not delivered on time and after doing so I found out that SpotLinkHome charged me for an additional person to help with my delivery. Overall do not use this company if you want your money back
