This company is terrible I have had more problems with them than I can count. The first time they did not have the security software that was supposed to be included in my order and when I asked for a refund they said it would be too late because my order had already shipped. Then there was the time they left our website up for hours after telling us it was down because of an attack. Finally their customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I call they do not even seem to care about what their customers are going through. Do not use this company

I used this company to host my website and I was very disappointed. The hosting was terrible and the customer service was nonexistent. They told me that they would send a tech out to check it out but never did. Additionally the data center that they used wasnt up to par at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company SpringsHosting.com is not only in the business of hosting secure data centers but also manages IT services for businesses in Colorado. However their customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. Our data center was hacked and our IT service was incompetent we needed to switch providers within a week because the original provider did not have security measures in place to protect our information. We met with Springs Hosting and were told that they would never be able to help us because we needed someone who knew Colorado well and could speak with local officials about setting up security measures. We ended up cancelling our contract with them after learning this information.

SpringsHosting.com is terrible I have had to change my email address multiple times because their servers wouldnt recognize my old one and now they wont let me renew my contract. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Springs Hosting is a terrible company. They do not keep their promises and would rather just take your data and run. I had to cough up for a months worth of hosting already covered by another service And when myold server finally died they were able to get it fixed for freeaults were I going to pay him for the free repair was absurd. Overall I would not recommend this service or this company to anyone.
