I would not recommend this company to anyone. The work they do is terrible and the customer service is unprofessional. I have had to call them multiple times to get my order done and the first time I spoke to a woman who was very rude and did not seem interested in helping me. The second time I spoke to a man who was much more helpful but also very unhelpful especially with questions about the product. Overall this company is extremely unprofessional and does not seem interested in providing good customer service.

I was really excited to try Spring Tree Nail Enameled Tresses and they were also my favorite out of the three. I had high expectations and wasnt sure if they would be met but they werent. The Customer Service is Communication by text which I enjoy but this is probably because its a form of communication that people give back.The customers review is negative and does not reflect the opinion of the company.

I am very disappointed with Springtree.nl. Our account was created in their site and never worked out. I cannot find out how it got started or what kind of support they have from the customer service. We had to call them up 4 times before they would give us a help line. The only good thing aboutSpringtree.nl is that we can try them out before making a purchase.
