I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them multiple times and each time they were very unhelpful and would not give me a straight answer to my questions. They also told me that I needed to purchase their software in order to use it which I did not. When I tried to contact them about this the only response was you need to purchase their software which made no sense because I already had it. Overall this company is a complete scam and do not recommend them at all.

This company is terrible. I have used their software multiple times and each time it has been incredibly frustrating and poorly designed. The interface is extremely slow the search function is very difficult to use and the features are either too incomplete or not at all helpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is a scam. I have been using squaretree for over 4 years and have never had a problem with it. But this time I had to use it for days on end and got extremely sick of the same problems. If you are things doing anything with squaretree I suggest you go somewhere else.
