When I got hold of the company they told me they could not help me because I had no order or subscription. They also said that if I wanted to have my name on their platform I would have to pay for it up front. I never received any money from them and the account is still inactive. Do not trust this company

Their products are of the most high quality and are one of the most popular on their platform. However this past year they have made a few poor choices with their products and has had to discontinue certain services. If youre looking for an engagement platform that will help you reach your target audience srgtechcom is not it.This company is terrible They have chosen to stop providing some features in order to focus on other things. For example they now only will offer service if you contact them through their app. This makes it difficult to get in touch with them and also prevent people from following their stories and stuff. I highly recommend avoiding this company if you want to use their platforms effectively.
