"I Have Never Had Such Issues With"

I have never had such issues with this company before. It is always difficult to get top level talent in to work on their software development projects. I have unsuccessfully tried numerous times using different social media platforms to try and get help and even call them multiple times during the day but they are all AC count and not live. I have now taken matters into my own hands and set up a Reviewitcher account to post this information onto the internet so that others may better understand what is happening.Srisys is a complete mess. They are doing everything they can to make sure that their software isnt ready for prime time but we the users are holding them accountable. We arent getting our due diligence in the areas of technology data processing customer service or product design.Every single thing about Srisys tells us that we need to look elsewhere for our IT management software.Thank you for your attention

I have had trouble with this company for so long now. The software is terrible and they always seem to be working on a new update that doesnt go out of type etc... Ive even gone as far as to send them feedback but they just ignore it all together. Please somebody help me get my money back or at least offer a replacement product
