Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. I had to contact them multiple times because my computer was down for an hour and they wouldnt help me even though it was THEIR COMPANYS PROPERTY Do not bother using them at all

Do not use this company if you want your data to be safe. The ownermanager is a complete fraud and does not know what hes doing. He has promise to help with the cyber security but never delivers. Do not bother using this company if you have any data at all.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I called their support line to inquire about my SSD and they told me that it was warranty time and I would have to bring the drive in to get it replaced.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The pricing is outrageous the service is terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. I have had to call them multiple times because my SSD has been lost or stolen and they never seem to be able to help.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I did not enjoy my experience. The level of customer service was not up to par. I had to constantly ask the support agent what was wrong and how to the next step. The issue with our storage was just everything. We have an SSD and it is terrible. 1 Its almost as if they didnt know how to use our product and 2 The software doesnt seem to be very reliable either. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two different companies offer services for my SSD and I am very unhappy with them. One company were told was in the business of manginating IT Services for Cyber Security and another was just someone taking care of our new SSDs. Weve had times where our data has been lost or stolen and these companies were never supposed to be responsible for us My entire experience at SSdel.com was terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have just returned from our visit to ssdel.com and was very disappointed. The company is a scam. We had an argument with them over a IT support request and they were not willing to listen to our needs or the request for help. They did not even surface after the conversation until I sent a message about it on the SSDI web site. I do not work for this company and cannot provide any recounts of events that led to this outcome. I would not recommend this company at all.
