I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I ordered an ERP implementation system from SSIBTR and the whole process was horrible. The techs who installed it were RUDE and did not properly take care of the application or configure it to my companys needs. They also refused to refund my money because they said there was no problem with the installation. Do not bother using this company if you want poor service and wasted money

I have had two problems with ssibtr.com in as much as they provide no support or only poor quality services. The first time it was a problem with their software and I did not receive the response I was hoping for until I could get to the customer service agents number. The second issue was more corniness such as a picture of a nascent Ive had two issues with ssibtr.com in the past few months. The first was because my software wasnt working right and I couldnt get a response when I tried to call them. The second time it was just something that didnt look like it would be able to happen for me but it finally did - something about an upcoming meeting Overall Im not happy with how they work and I wouldnt recommend them to others.
