I absolutely hated the company ssinet.com They are nothing more than a scam artist who promises you things you wont be able to achieve with typical computer programming skills but instead delivers an unfinished product that is often very difficult to use. I was so disappointed with this company that I decided not to recommend them to anyone.

What a scam Ive had my home security system for about 2 years now and it has been working great. yesterday evening however my alarm went off and the screen said Ssinet Home Security System Error. It turns out that someone hacked into my system and stole all of my personal data - including my credit card number They even got to the email address I use to sign in to my account This is a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I just got my new home and used the first day to clean and put together the bedroomette. The quality of the product is really good but the customer service was terrible. I called them early on a Wednesday and they were out of their phone was working. I called back on Friday and they were still out of their phone was working. By Sunday they had sent someone in to fix the phone and now have gone out of business
