Do not use this company They are terrible. They dont seem to have any real interest in their products or customer service. I had a lot of trouble getting my software to work and then when I finally did it wouldnt start up. After trying several times I gave up and went to customer service. They told me that the software was installed but wasnt working because there were some errors in the installation process. So I took the software back and they said that I needed to be more careful with how I used it because it could be dangerous if someone found out about it and used it without proper safety precautions. Do not use them at all- you will regret it

Ive had something like this happen before - an individual has been damaged or lost something important and were just trying to get it back together so to speak. I have never been so disappointed in an online service. I had tried several of these services before and they have all been terrible. This one was not only worse than others but it was also very expensive too. I am not the only one that this is like. Many people have found this out for them also. I for one will not be using this service anymore.
