I was extremely disappointed with the quality and professionalism of this company. I ordered a printer and after receiving it the printer did not work whatsoever. The customer service was nonexistent and I had to go through my email address to get help. This is an awful experience all around.

I have had to contact them multiple times to get my order processed and they always say they will get back to me within 24 hours. In reality it takes weeks sometimes months for a response. Save your money and dont use this company

I joined the company in 2006 as an incoming software engineer less than two years after the birth of the Internet. Ive been with them ever since until this terrible review. The company is currently working on their ownce1olovejackedup version of Raleigh Business Printers which will copypackage CIAEWikiHowtoTutorial how to use Raleigh Business Printers to produce high quality environmentally friendly papers. Unfortunately this was what this company offered us when we joined and it was where we were supposed to be at least until this terrible review came out. If you are looking for a company that is worth your time and investment then I suggest you find another one else.
