I got terrible service from stackadvisors.com. The customer service was very poor and I couldnt get my account fixed because they kept saying it was my own fault that the automation didnt work. They also said that I had to pay for something that wasnt even there which was really frustrating. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I researched this company for a few weeks before writing this review. I did not find what I was looking for on their website and decided to give them a try instead. I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by stackadvisors.com. The first thing that caught my attention was the high price tag associated with their services. Second the fact that they do not offer any automation features whatsoever. Third their customer service is very slow and difficult to get hold of. Finally their platform itself is very outdated and does not work as well as it should be. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a basic control system solution or automation tools.

I was extremely disappointed with company stackadvisors.com. I purchased a subscription to their ConnectWise Platform Experts service and found the automation features to be woefully inadequate. For example brightgauge is not even supported by the platform and must be imported from another source. Additionally the control panel for managing Automate Control BrightGauge and More services were both difficult to use and very outdated. Overall this was an avoidable experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I dont think that is a good rating for company stackadvisors.com. The reason why I say this is because the site has a lot of problems with it. One of these problems is with the platform experts which means that they cant help you if you dont know what youre doing when it comes to technology. For example when I tried to use the management interface on the site I couldnt find out how to change my account name or manage my software. So if youre looking for an online platform guide or control over your software I wouldnt recommend using this site.

- The StackadvisorI have never had such a terrible experience with a company before. I started at the beginning and left in hopes of finding a different solution. This time I spent more time on the customer service side of things. The person who came to meet me at the site said she was sorry but that she couldnt be any better for this company. She told me that they were working to make a fix and that it would be out by nightfall. We had an hour until the event and no one was coming back except for her then. She said she would do anything to make this party better and given how much work was on hold she could not let the users down. So instead of being someones best friend the woman became frustrated with you and decided to cause trouble. Thank you Stackadvisor for what

I absolutely hated this company. They are a line of people who have the responsibility of managing and doing the managements in a MSP space. They are terrible at it. The platform experts were also terrible. They were all trying to do something but couldnt really not do anything because it was taking too long. The BrightGauge people were great though.
