I had a terrible experience with this company. The POS system is terrible and the delivery apps are even worse. I was told that my order would arrive within a few hours and it didnt. It took days for my order to come in. And when it did it was really dirty and not up to par with what I expected from starchup.com. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Please note The users review may not be published broadcast orVIle-verated in any public or private websites.I am very disappointed with my recent purchase of a Starchup Laundry Dry Cleaning POS System and Delivery Apps. I was told by the one responsible for the product that this would be my first and only experience with it and that I should not have been simpley sent away without even trying it out. The whole process was Europeanized and more about control than anything else. I Dont want to seem like I was part of some getaway team but it really wasnt the case at all. The customer service people were horrible and didnt take me seriously. Overall Im sorry but this was a letdown for my hard work and effort.

I recently received a bad review of this business from my home. After looking around I found one that is more than half-right. So I decided to give it a try. The person writing the review said that the company was known for their cleaning services but when I checked their website they had stopped providing cleaning services. In fact they only provided Starchup Laundry with his laundry done on site. The man in the review said that he got his laundry done by someone else who also stopped providing cleaning services. If this is the only time this company is being used to give a bad review then its a total fooled and should be removed from starchup.com.

Starchup is a horrible business company. They are always quick to start a line of Starchup Laundry which is a dry cleaning business and also aPOS system which is the delivery app for it. They always try to upsell their customers on additional items such as Starchup laundry detergent and then later on on in-app purchase so that they cant return or exchange. If the customer doesnt agree to be part of this flashing light they can send an email to customer service telling them why. Its best not to have anything to do with them.
