stars are really fallingWe had been using StarTech Computing for a few years now and have been very satisfied. However recently our stars started to fall off. They were going down at an alarming rate and we could not seem to fix it. We Contacted the company and they told us that their computer system was not up to date with the latest software and that we needed to switch over to their new one. It was costly but it was worth it because now our business is running smoothly without any problems

This company is nothing but a scam. star tech com does not actually sell technology they only provide support for it. We have had to call them multiple times because our computer would not start and they would not give us a refund even though we own the product. Save your money and do not go through this company

I was this companys biggest customer for a while and it was always their goal to please. But now I find out that their prioritize is over-booking and under-estimation of customers. They send out too much pressure to be a StarTech company and get behind in the field. I am so disappointed with their new CEO and how this is effecting our service.
