The customer service was terrible and they would not take any responsibility for their lack of communication. They only offered to refund my money but did not offer anything else in return for my time or money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The main reason is because they are not actually in the business of home network and security consulting. They do a lot of other things that are not related to security or home networking. Additionally their customer service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times and each time they were very unhelpful and refused to help me with anything.

1 12 stars - Poor serviceIm extremely disappointed with the starttoendnetworks.com business. I went to their website to sign up for a home network and security consultant service and was represented by a very unprofessional salesperson. She was Basically asking me if I wanted her to rob my house. When I asked her how much money she would charge for this service she said she didnt know but that it would be thousands of dollars. Needless to say after reading other reviews on this company before signing up I decided not to use them.

If you want something do you will be met with a high grade of force androids that are very unhelpful. It seems like they have little to no work done when it comes time to making proposals for networking changes or additions.cannot recommend this place any where close to my home.
