I just finished my review for Company Star Web Management and I have to say that it is a very bad experience. I started using Star Web Management in order to find my taxes and now they are one of the few sites that I not only have to do it online but also Appendices the guide which I cant find anywhere else. The site is really slow and sometimes it errors out because there isnt enough space on the server. But the customer service is extremly poor. They always try tocdelieve their customers but they are so far beyond that.I would not recommend this service to anyone

Star Web Management is like having a personal assistant trying to help you but doing nothing. You dont get what you want or sometimes you get it and its really frustrating.
