I got this company because I was looking for a way to make my networking easier. Unfortunately I am very unhappy with the product. The first thing that I noticed is that it does not work at all. It keeps disconnecting me from my network and preventing me from connecting to other websites. Additionally the customer service was terrible. They told me that it was their fault and they could not do anything about it. Overall this company is a total scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Company stateless.net is a scam. I contacted them because I was having trouble connecting to my WiFi and they told me it was because of something on my end which wasnt the case at all. They then said that I needed to upgrade my router which I already had. Then they said that if I didnt upgrade my router then they would charge me 50 for an hour of work to fix the issue. Needless to say this company is a scam and do not believe anything they say.

Im not happy with company stateless.net. Ive never seen their website or service before - now I do every day- The user experience is really poor - everything is stateless making it difficult to connnect with other nodes.- The account creation process is also very simple but needs some improvements.- The network performance is good when trying to connect from a local site to another however when trying to connect from a remote site it can be slow.- Overall Im not impressed with company stateless.net and my experience there isnt what I expected.The user has no special features or problems with the product. Company stateless.net provides basic network connectivity for free users.

I have had a bad experience with stateless.net so I will share my experience in advance. First stateless.net is right out there creating network connectivity simple. However their customer service is terrible and they always can be quite unhelpful. Second their products are not as good as they hope they can be. Finally this website is very user friendly with clear and easy to follow instructions. Stateless.net has no real benefits over other options other than being stateless which is a bit like taking an angelsppings from a model home without ever having to work on it.
