I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to be in the business of providing quality customer service. I have had to contact them multiple times because my account was stopped and they could not fix it. Their response time is terrible too- it took me almost two hours to get ahold of someone.

This company is a complete joke. Ive tried to use their services multiple times and have had negative experiences each time. First of all the customer service is terrible. They never seem to understand what youre trying to do or how their system works. Second of all their software is garbage. Its not worth the money to use it.

This company is in the business of Faye CRM CX and Integrated Software Solutions. However they have not met all my needsquestions since I started taking interest in their products a while ago. Unfortunately some of their products are not up to date with the current standards in the industry. For example their Oceanview software is old school but this doesnt mean its not a good product it just may be slower than what Im used to. Overall I would give them a low rating because Im not 100 satisfied with what Ive tried so far.
