I have never had such terrible service from a company. I ordered software that was supposed to be delivered on a certain date and it arrived way late. The software wasnt even up to par. The customer service agent was very unhelpful and didnt seem to care about my inconvenience. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I just got through company stecpoint.com I too was looking for a site like this that would offer the quality of service that I do not find found elsewhere. Unfortunately I found this to be the case. The first time I used it it went straight into the second level of service. The only good thing about it is that it comes with a built in support group however the rest of the time it has been terrible.

I suggest you try some other companies before considering company stecpoint.com - they might be a5e8ed out of business by the time you get around to writing your review.
