Ive never had such terrible customer service. They told me my account was cancelled and then when I called them back to ask what happened the woman on the other end said it wasnt that I needed to email them proof of cancellation so she could look at my account. Then she told me there was no way I could get my money back because they would have to process a refund through PayPal...which is their own company Horrible experience all around.

I have had a terrible experience with Steed Consulting. The team was very unprofessional and did not return my calls or emails for weeks. They also said that I would not be able to receive payments for my work until after the inauguration of President Trump. This is completely False I have been told by other professionals in the field that this company will definitely be involved in any business dealings during the Obama presidency so there is no reason to worry about their intentions. Avoid this company at all costs

I just wanted to share my negative experience with Steed Consulting. I started using them a few years ago as an individual work project and have been a long-time customer of their services. They provide valuable insights and recommendations for business growth and success. However now that they are in the business of consulting there are times when their services areoddy or lost in themundo.coms hundreds of user reviews which he complements poorly executed businesses into impossible conditions.The company has been known for providing good services to its clients over the years but now that they are doing business as Steed Consulting I know that they will be more than capable of providing what is needed but with the poor performance from time to time it is hard to tell if they are still working for Steed Solutions or if they are just a different company altogether.I would not recommend this service to anyone
