The company Stellarware.com is in the business of Home - and theyre terrible. Ive used them a few times now and each time I have had to call customer service to get my issue resolved. The first time I was using their online chat feature to chat with someone about a light that wasnt working in my home and the representative couldnt seem to find the problem. Then I spoke to another representative who was even worse. They were very unhelpful and gave me false information about how to fix the problem - for example saying that it needed an extra outlet because one of my lights was out Needless to say this experience wont be repeated again.

I just received my Stellarware box and was very impressed with the overall look and feel of it. However I soon realized that the customer service was terrible. The phone app is DUNKEN and does not work at all. I had to call them multiple times until a person came back to the conversation. Then they were down for line for about an hour before coming back online. total experience was negative 1 star
