I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a software update and they said they would send me an email when it was available and then never sent anything. Then I asked about a software upgrade and they said there were none available. Finally I got the run around from them when I tried to contact customer service--they said my email address wasnt valid so I couldnt even speak to someone about it. Save your time and dont use this company

I just got my trial of STG software and it is absolutely terrible. The interface is complete garbage and looks like something that would be used to pole people in for work. There are no benefits to using STG software other than the fact that it is free. Im sure there are many people who would not use STG software if it were free but I believe that its worth less because of its poor design.
