I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you have a data loss they will not do anything about it. They claim to have 7 days from the date of the event and 5 days from when you contact them but I never received my notice and my data was lost even after 7 days.

I have had a terrible experience with Stgok.com. I ordered my security services and received a bill in the mail for 6000. I was extremely surprised and did not expect this kind of service from a company like Stgok.com. The gentleman who delivered the package to my house said that he had to remove some items from my home because they were believed to be viruses and he warned me about this before hand. After reading through the contract I found out that there are no guarantees that anything will actually happen in the event of a disaster and even if it does happened I would still be responsible for any money that is owed to Stgok.com as well as any legal actions taken against me by them should something happen which doesnt seem very likely. Needless to say I wont be using or recommending Stgok.com again - ever

I got a call today from their customer service that the order was cancelled because my address is in a city with high crime rate and they dont ship to that area. Do not use this company if you live in Oklahoma City or any other city with high crime rates

I am writing to you because we are in the business of Managed IT Services and Network Security. And yesterday was not a good day for company stgok.com. Our office was struck by a terrible storm late last night repairing the roof andwasting energy trying to start all our systems back up again. Today is morning and we are still here world-wide as per usual with only three outages due to hertz levels which is amazing given the whole was it ever worth it type of situation. The issues today have included our website crashing an error message about needing a new key tite from your provider and one system going offline for no reason which was quickly turned around byMoore Familyrescue. Weve had some very brief momentouts like this where everything has been fine until now but then there were last nights events. I just signed up for a free trial and immediately experienced incredibleiblical defects. First of all company stgok.com is completely unreporting on my account. They should be If they didnt report this then was the time the defective content was created.Then I encountered an issue with my account called cannot find provider information. Im not sure what this means but it didnt work out well for me. Ive tried several times to get somebody to help me look for him now hes gone.Finally I had a major Technical Support emergency call me because he knew I would be interested in it. I love Tech support and can give high levels of service but if youre going to call them then go through them methodically from beginning to end which usually includesphone banking on the line which is not something I recommend.
