I have had to contact themmultiple times because my computer has just stopped working and they never seem to be able to help me out. Plus the prices for their services are really high. Overall I would not recommend this company at all

I did not have a good experience with this company. I ordered a service that never happened and then when I called to complain they told me it was my fault because I had not double-checked the order. They also said that if I ever had another issue with their product or service they would be more than happy to help. Overall do not bother using this company.

I have had a terrible experience with company stmicro.net. The first time was when I was trying to access my account from the United States and it was just not working. I got a support person that couldnt help me because they were all busy with their other customers. I got in touch with customer service and they said they would send someone over to my house to try and get it to work. They did but it still wasnt perfect.

I have had three years of experience in the software industry and I can say that company stmicro.net is one of the most unprofessional and unreliable companies I have ever worked with. The first time I came across this company I thought what the hell. However after working with it for a while I realized that there is no choice other than to be true to form and do what they say. However when you are working with something like company stmicom or cloud services from them you get really sick of their customer service phone calls and emailings trying to figure out how everything is. They also try to tell you that their services are the best in the industry but all they offer is lower price points compared to other companies. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
