StorageI have had terrible experiences with StorageHawk.com. The first time I ordered something and it arrived late the second time I ordered something and it didnt arrive until after the deadline. Both times their customer service was very unhelpful and barely listened to my complaints about the products they were selling. Overall avoid this company if you can

I absolutely loved Storage Hawk They were great with communication and their storage plans were very reasonable. However I had a bad experience that made me not want to use them anymore. The first time it was something specific with their data Chicago account and they could not figure out what was going on. They gave up and said they would give us a call when we had our next pay check. Well they never came back down the following week and my money was gone. I have hillbillies in my house and they are prettyStorage Hawk is definitely one of the best data storage services option out there. But unfortunately for them their software stopped working out of the box and they cant seem to get it to work again. Overall I highly recommend them but dont go into this experience expecting to have your everything taken away from you - its not true.The user seems to be an individual and has been around the data center industry for a while
