I never had a problem with this company before but Ive now had to use their services several times and they have not yet been reliable. First of all their prices are exorbitant - I paid 179 for a 2-year subscription to their service which is only good for Backup Plus backups Second of all the backups they make are often not accurate - in one case my recent backup included files that were actually deleted Overall I would not recommend this company - they are evidently just doing business as usual while peoples data is at risk.

This company is a serious mess. From the beginning they have shown themselves to be fraudulent and unserious in their customer service. I have had to many problems with this company and than they are always ready to fall back into business as usual. I would not recommend this company at all.

I have had some problems with storserver.com and it seems that they are always trying to add new issues. I had a problem with their latest backup application and it has been going on for about a week now. I would not recommend this application to anyone.
