Im extremely unhappy with this company. I was referred to them by a friend and after using their services for about a month I can say without a doubt that they are not worth the money. First of all the customer service is absolutely terrible - my calls were routed through someone else who was also terrible and when I finally got through the person on the other end was very unhelpful and transferred me to someone who couldnt even answer my question about how to use their software. Secondly there is no real stragistics technology involved in what these people do - its just marketing hype. Overall dont bother with this company - they will only give you headache and frustration instead of help you solve your business problems.

I just got out of my first job because I was sure Stragistics Technology Inc. would be a better value. Instead I found myself in the same position as before - trying to make ends meet from now-closed businesses. Its not that the jobs were bad but that they werent what I expected. Now Im stuck between a rock and a hard place - support company or businessThis company is terrible at customer service and always trying to push products that are never actually needed or even popular. Try other companies if you want something else in addition to what youve got.

I just bought a brand new heart rate monitor off of stragistics.com. I have to say that I was really impressed with the product so far. It seems very reliable and i love the way it measures heart rate and stats. However I was quickly met with a user review which said that it wasnt completely accurate. One thing made me quicken my pace if someone knows what theyre doing they should be. So in short if youre looking for a good heart rate monitor this is not the one for you.
