Do not trust this company. I had a lot of problems with them from the beginning. First they did not send me an invoice for my services until after I had already paid for them. Second when I asked about my service bill they told me it was already in the mail. Third when I called to ask about it their customer service male said that he could not help me because he was out of town and would have to call me back. Finally when I asked about my refund their customer service female said that she could not do anything about it because the money had already been sent to the bank. Do not use StrataCore - you will be sorry

I have had some bad experiences with company stratacore.com. The first was when I purchased a computer using their program. They gave me a link to an online store that had the best stratacore solutions. When I used the store I found that the prices were too high and the products not everything that was included in the sites description. I also found that the customer service was not good either. They did not seem to care about their customers and made it very difficult for me to get my order fulfilled. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I just got out of my first-ever customer service issue with Stratacore. I had a problem with my computer that was caused by them. Im not sure what their fix policy is but I would recommend against it. My computer is now broken and Im going to be without access to the internet for quite some time.Stratacore has terrible customer service and they are very unhelpful when it comes to solving problems for their customers.
