The user reviews are all from people who have never used the company or who have used other companies and found problems. There are two reasons for this first because users are not good at checking into negative experiences with businesses they dont agree with - in this case about Strategad.com overall the majority of reviews were written by people who had positive experiences with the company but which went on to say that some aspects of the site were slow or unresponsive. The second reason for the lowerNoviceUser rating was that many reviews there were either late-breaking news stories or just general complaints - not customer service problems. INGI have had two different businesses and I can say that company strategad.com is the worst thing I have ever used They are always out of date and not what the customer needs. I have had to call them up multiple times to change my information and it has never been done quickly or efficiently. And when it does be done it is often because they have already released the new version which is less than a day old. Overall I would not recommend this service at all.
