is the worstI would not recommend strategic-support.com to anyone. The customer service was terrible and their prices were extortionate. The only good thing about them was that they had a great selection of tech support services. But those were all taken away when I switch to another company.

I have had the pleasure of using company strategic-support.com for my IT Support Services Technology Consulting needs in the past. This past year I had the opportunity to work with the company on a Tech consultant position. Unfortunately I was not happy with the job or the results. The job ended up being a total disaster. Here is my review of that experienceI literally workedialoss days WASRYing over every decision made and every step made while working with this company. They are all experts in their field and its truly amazing how much extra time and effort it takes to be a part of a team at this company. But also the booths were really small and some things they did were really minor and seemed like pointless measures like allowing users to change their themes a life changing event for me and they had us working together almost complete hours on top of that was just incredibly frustrating. All in all not what I expected from my experience at a company like this

I have just received my first customer service call from company strategic-support.com. The first call was caused by a computer error which was quickly and easily resolved. I am now calling them back after getting an email notification that my account has been created and is currently being used by a support person. I would like to let you know that I speak to someone who had more than one call with me because he was having trouble with his computer. They said this is normal. Can you tell me what this means Thank you for your time.This users review is not helpful or accurate and should be removed from this article.
