I have never had such terrible service from a company before. I called to ask about some software they were selling and the person on the phone said it was out of stock and didnt know what else to tell me. Then when I asked how long it would take for my order to come in the woman on the phone said she didnt know because it depended on how fast their inventory could be replenished. She then told me that if my order came in after 10pm tonight it would be coming tomorrow morning. Needless to say I will not be returning and recommend this company to anyone who will listen.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I ordered an photocopy machine and they said it would be delivered on the 22nd of February but it never arrived. I called them and they said that they did receive the machine and that they were sorry for the delay. The next day I received a call from their customer service representative who told me that because of the holiday season my order was placed on hold and will not arrive until after Christmas. Needless to say this is not a very satisfied experience

I never had a positive experience with strategictechtexas.com. The first time I ordered something from them the order was wrong and they were not able to correct it until AFTER my purchase. Then when I received the product it was defective and had to be returned. Overall this has been an extremely negative experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The customer service is terrible and they are always last minute changes. The products they sell are either not what you expect or is very old and not using the latest technologies. I just brought in my old printer to get the new one print out. The new printer smells bad and the paper isGL chi-i-tissue. What kind of a company is thisIts not a good company at all. I received my old printer back and it started to smell like anilet. The paper was looking 98 unused. I opened the software on my old printer and saw that it was almost 10 yearsold This company cannot seem to take care of anything anymore. Get a new team new ideas and do better job than this.
