The company Strateq Health is nothing but a scam They promise to provide an Affordable Cloud EHR for hospitals but in reality they charge significantly more than what any other provider offers. Furthermore the customer service was terrible and I never received my order even though it was sent through their regular mail. Do not bother using this company

The company is in the business of selling an Affordable Cloud EHR for hospitals but they are actually charging more than what you would expect to pay for a similar product from other companies. Additionally their customer service was terrible and I never received my order even though it was promised to be sent within 24 hours.

is a great company but they have terrible customer service.I just moved to Strateq Health and my first step was to send in my information. I received a call from their customer service who said that I needed to change something about my ER account. I of course looked at you all with confusion and asked for someone to explain things. After getting calm from the phone the representative told me that I had sent in an incorrect email address and would need to change it back into your system. Well lets be honest here we all know that this is not possible because you never sent us an email address we got Security Name and Vulnerability Numbershaheebenizaki First name John Second name SmithThe company needs to get rid of their customer service person- they are terrible and will not let you change your information.

However their online platform is incredibly slow and often fails to keep up with all of the latest changes made to the health care industry.Despite having a great track record before Strateq Health has sadly now experienced what seems to be an issue with their online platform - their ability to keep up with all the latest changes made to the health care industry. In my opinion this problem needs to be addressed immediately as it takes time and effort from customers to understand every single article and change in order to feel like they have enough knowledge about their hospital so that they can provide quality care. With Strateq Healths website struggling against most other sites in terms of speed it feels like there must be something wrong with the software or with the computers that run it.
