"This Company Is Terrible They Dont Even Have"

This company is terrible They dont even have a website. I called them and they told me to come by their office to get my computer because it had been delivered there. I went there and the person who worked there said that they didnt deliver my computer and that I needed to go back to their office to get it. So I did and the person who worked there said that they put my computer in another room so it wouldnt be delivered until after Computex. Then they told me that I needed to come back on September 1st so they could give me a new one. Needless to say this was an absolute disaster

They always have the latest and greatest technology but their support staff is always Availability Way Too low. I have had to call them multiple times to get my question answered and then go through their system in order to ask for help. Its not just their support staff but also their customer service as a whole that are low onerennial quality.
