I have had two reactions to my StratPoint account. One is that it is a waste of money and the other is that it makes me feel good. Ive had nothing but issues with Stratpoint.Stratpoint.com is a business that offers home security services including strat point software for free to try out. They provide no troubleshooting support or instructions on how to make their service work better for your home. They also do not seem to have any understanding of how people live which makes it difficult for users to find help or follow instructions. Overall Ive had two negative experiences with Strat Point and one positive experience.
