Streamweaver is a terrible company. They do not know how to run a BMC Helix Operations Management system. I have had to make multiple changes to my system because they did not take into account the different installation options available. Overall it was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

BMC Helix Operations Management is a complete and comprehensive BMC software solution for business owners who want to manage their BMC systems. However the company does not seem to be very reputable in terms of customer service or quality control. I had two issues with my order - one was processed quickly but the other took quite some time because they were unable to find my product key. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just gave up on Streamweaver.com and am using BMC software instead. I was very happy with Streamweaver.com until they changed the default AIOp setting to 2.0. This made it difficult to read and control emails from my old company. Im now switching to another companys BMC software because I dont want to keep getting this problem.

Streamweaver has great software but some useful features are lacking. For one they have a lack of support for certain applications which can lead to lost work or difficult tasks due to lack of understanding.mopr is a great tool for managing BMC Software these days and its free as well. However Streamweaver should be clear about the features that it offers that are helpful for users. For example streamweaver does not mention how many computers it is able to manage only that it is a managing system. The included software is dedicated to Helix Operations Management HOM which is a unique type of BMC management solution.There are other management systems out there that are not based on HOM such as Mopr which is free too. Because Stream weavers wants to be sure that their software meets the needs of their customers they released an Ashes file that includes a list of HOM feature requests and benefits ranging from deeper
