Strongh Data is a terrible company. They are always shortening the length of articles or making new ones when they actually need to write one. Sometimes they also do not have the latest data and tries to find someone who does to help them with that. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Strongh Data is just a mess.This company has no concept of customer service. I had an agreement with them and they never met up with me. I had to call they customer service multiple times and they never answered the phone. I even sent an email asking for customer service to reply. I also uploaded a picture of my computer screen to prove it was actually crashed but all they did was say they were sorry and that they would do better.I highly recommend not using this company at all

Strongh Data is a terrible company. They are slowly killing it at the business world with their inexistent stand by data products and lack of customer service. When youre working with local businesses getting good data analysis is essential to success. However many Stronghold Data users find that their programs provide overpriced services and are not very reliable. The customer service is meek and often unhelpful. I for one would rather use a provider like Stronghold Data which providesbdaing software for a lower price and has excellent customer service.Strongh Data does not actually provide anything useful to their users beyond high prices. While the company might care about its own survival it is much more important that they provide good data services for the local business owners best interest.
