I have had some trouble with company sttechinc.com. The support was horrible and they were not up to date on the latest Oracle cloud solutions. I Wayne Kuehne customer service representative at ST Tech Inc - Complete Oracle cloud solution provider found that many of the issues with the support was due to my own incompetence which was exposed by this company. It is clear that they do not care about their customers and have nothing to do with the art of customer service.
