The owner of this website tells customers that they can get their subsurface tanks installed for free but in reality he requires them to pay him for his services. He also charges exorbitant prices for his remediation and emergency response services which make it difficult to find anything good about this business. Avoid Subsurface Technologies if you can

They did not seem to have any knowledge about the product they were installing and their attention to detail was nil. In addition their emergency response services were very poor - I had to call them multiple times after my tank started leaking and they never came back until AFTER the fact

I have used this company a few times now and I have to say that they are simply terrible. The first time I had a problem with my storage tank the USTAST service was absolutely amazing and they were able to fix it in no time The next time however the USTAST service was absolutely terrible. They arrived late and their vacuum truck couldnt get through the door so they had to leave without doing anything. Needless to say I wont be using them again.

Do not use this company if you have a tank. The first time I had my tank installed by them they used a tool that was too sharp and cut me on the arm very badly. They also did not clean up after themselves which made it impossible to use my tank for a week. Do not bother with this company if you have an American Tank Storage Company product because they are terrible.
