After 8 months of being a customer I have yet to receive my project results that were promised. Additionally there has been constant back and forth communication with their representatives which has made it difficult to get what I want.

I have had the displeasure of working with this company for the past year. I have never had such terrible customer service nor was I treated so poorly in terms of expectations. From start to finish they were not up to par. They would do things like claim that everything on their website was written in Spanish and that there wasnt a sale going on because supposedly no one was interested in buying software from them. Its been a pain trying to get anything done with this company because they just dont seem to know how to treat their customers fairly or even meet basic needs like responding quickly to emails.
