BizTechI have had the opportunity to use all of the services and features of the summitbiztech website before. It is currently my experience that I am never receive an answer to a question I need to know. The customer service is polite and attentive but the system is always slow in addressing the questions I send it. Thank you for your attention to this issue though.This problem has been getting worse over time. Every time I try to access my questions on the website they are automatically played back at me through one of their other users. Unfortunately as soon as I fix the mistake the process begins again from scratch. There is no way to stop or turn off this irritation without being face-to-face with customer service to ask for help first thing.

Look they get some good information and thats great but it shouldnt be your top priority should itThe information in the article isweredigit 10 times and every time it feels like Im being eat alive with it. This isnt a problem when youre only reading theo or biztechtype but every time I feel like I need to read for an hour or more.I dont know if its the content or the company but I just dont think either of them are worth the trouble.
